With our online appointment reservation you can book an appointment in our practice in an uncomplicated and binding manner. Due to postponements, there are sometimes free appointments that are not displayed in the online system. If you need an appointment at very short notice, you should call: Telephone 030/39 11 504.

Informations about Doctolib for our patients

We use the Doctolib appointment management system for optimal appointment management. Doctolib offers us, on the one hand, a modern calendar system and, on the other hand, our patients the opportunity to make appointments with us online at https://www.doctolib.de/. For the time beeing only in german language.

Doctolib GmbH (Mehringdamm 51, 10961 Berlin) works for us as a so-called processor. The data protection provisions that are available on the doctolib.de website apply to online appointment bookings. We also use the Doctolib calendar system for patients without a user account on doctolib.de in order to manage all appointments uniformly and to concentrate primarily on our patients. Doctolib processes all data in accordance with all applicable data protection regulations and applies the highest security standards. To make an appointment, the following data is entered in the Doctolib calendar: surname, first name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, family doctor, health insurance status, referring doctor, reason for the visit and appointment history. Your data will be recorded for the purpose of managing appointments, just as it was previously the case with us. The legal basis for processing your data is Art. 6 I b) GDPR (the treatment order that you give us), Art. 6 I a) GDPR (consent to appointment reminders via SMS and email) and Art. 9 II h) GDPR (the purposes of health care). Doctolib does not forward the data to commercial providers. Doctolib, like your doctor, is bound by confidentiality. A release from the duty of confidentiality is not required.

General data protection information

According to the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, data transfer, deletion or blocking of your data at any time. If relevant, you can object to the processing or revoke any consent. You also have the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.
